Return Policy:
Artwork may not be returned after being accepted upon completion. Initial deposits for the cost of construction materials may or may not be returned depending on the circumstances. For instance, if the work can not be completed because the customer changed the requirements or requested changes that were impractical after construction progressed, the deposit would not be returned.
No deposit will be requested or accepted until the work for proposed composition can begin. For complex compositions subsequent deposits may be requested to facilitate a trusted relationship upon acceptance of the progressing stages by the consumer.

Return Shipping information:
Return shipping costs may be accepted by the seller under certain conditions, but only if agreed upon prior to shipping.

Backorder Policy:
All artworks are original handmade creations and require normal wait time for design construction and completion.

Damaged Goods Policy:
Damaged goods must be returned immediately upon receipt.

Artist’s Contract:
A written agreement may be required for orders that require more than 30 days to complete, require progressive stages to be approved, specialized materials, or have a resulting price of more than $1,000.00 dollars.
